The Receiving & Processing Attendant fulfills this mission by assisting in the receipt and processing of material donations. This includes contributing to a safe, welcoming environment that serves everyone—participant, volunteer, donor and staff—by creating opportunities for everyone to grow both individually and collectively while generating revenue to support the programs and activities of Salt & Light.
We are looking for someone who is hard working and comfortable being a member of a team. The ideal candidate for this job can work independently, is resourceful, and motivated.

This job operates in a warehouse environment.
This is a very physical role requiring someone who is capable of working many hours on his or her feet. This would require the ability to move everything from clothing racks to furniture and appliances via carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts. Oversight (sometimes participation) of loading and unloading of vendor and company vehicles are a necessary function of the role.
